Returns
The customer can request a refund if and only if the product has not been used, and if there are clear physical and/or electrical defects with the part, or if the product received is drastically and consequentially different from the product intended to be ordered and received by the customer.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Ysglife provides NO warranty for defects and the consequences thereof due to incorrect use of the merchandise, in particular if the method of use is contrary to the manufacturer's specifications.

In addition, under no circumstances may the Customer claim a refund or replacement for a product solely on the basis of personal preference upon receiving said product, so long as the product ordered matches the product information provided by Ysglife before purchasing. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
